Swim 1,650 straight………boooring! Try this instead: - 400 free very easy, stretch it out - stop rest 1 min max but stretch, stretch, stretch - 3 x 300 descending 1-3, get faster each 300 (30 sec rest between each) - 3 x 100 descending 1-3, (10 sec rest between) - 50 easy warm down The objective is to elevate your heart rate and not to fall asleep while swimming 1 mile straight. |
