Dice it up with Strokes & Equipment - 400 free warm up, stretch it out with long strokes. Mix in back and breast on the last 100 - 4 x 300 (alternating 300 free, 300 strokes 50 fly, back, breast x 2) 30 sec rest between each - 400 IM kick - 400 pull with paddles (TYR Mentor is a great choice) Alternate breathing every 5th stroke - 4 x 100 (100 IM with a 50 free sprint after each IM) 20 sec rest between each - nice and easy warm down - 6 minute hot shower! |
