All items will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of the submission of the order, unless the item is not in stock or on backorder. You will be notified of the back order date.

Return Policy: No returns will be accepted without prior authorization by Pannell Swim Shop.

Defective merchandise will be replaced at no charge up to 30 days of invoice date. Returns for reasons other than defective are subject to Pannell Swim Shop Approval.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for your exchanged item(s) to be shipped to you if they are in stock at time of exchange request.

All customized merchandise may not be returned for any reason unless defective.

PSS reserves the right to refuse any and all items that have been improperly cared for or abused.

No returns will be accepted past 30 days unless it is a defective item and applies to the manufacturer's warranty.
